Mindfulness – the art of calming the chattering mind…

Ann Russell will take you through the principles of mindfulness, it’s origins & applications in the modern world. These sessions are aimed at helping you identify what you need to work on and more importantly, contain practical exercises to help you do that, through guided meditations and group discussions.

Before the session and during the break, the Stray’s Baristas are on hand to make your favourite coffees (decaf recommended at this time of the day!) or of course, they’ll gladly pour you a glass of wine. And either of those are always best accompanied by a slab of Mum’s cake! All available at the servery to buy on the night.

Tickets for Mindfulness Sessions are available via Ann direct via her website → (recommended) or you can take your chances and pay on the door (not recommended!)

Courses run on WEDNESDAY EVENINGS for either 5 or 6 weeks at a time over these dates:
